Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed.

The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 International Residential Code and 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

COMMENTS:
1. Please show the electrical run and gas line run on the site plan. Include call outs for length and diameter of the gas line pipe and BTUs of the pool heater and the gas fire pit.
2. Include the dimensions emailed to you on your site plan as part of your next submittal.
3. Ensure your site plan includes streets.
4. Include North Arrow on all sheets in planset except the engineering details.
5. Is that a baja shelf on the north side of the pool? Include elevation of floor fo shelf to determine if handholds are needed on the raised bond beam bench.
6. Please submit your permission letter from Pool Engineering as a separate document as part of your next submittal.
There may be more comments upon resubmittal.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
