Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) A Surge Protection Device (SPD) or SPD model number must be identified on the plans for all service panel replacements supplying 100% of the dwelling. This requirement can be satisfied by providing the manufacturer’s specifications or model number for the SPD to verify that it is UL listed and code compliant E606.5 NEC 230.67
2) Upon resubmittal, please submit documents ONLY for the scope of this residential trade permit. The minimum requirement for residential trade permits for main panel upgrades are a site plan and SPD details (spec. sheet or model # along with the site plan).
