Please address all reviewer’s comments in a separate document with all required documents for resubmittal. Residential Engineering Comments: 1. The easement shown on the final plat, as provided in the submittal indicates on page 3 of 18 in NOTES: “15’ Utility Easement 7-1/2’ on each lot line.” Per the abandonment, ONLY AT&T has abandoned the easement, and must still be shown on the site plan. The wall will be permitted within the easement and be noted that if access is required by ANY utility, the wall must be removed at the owner’s expense. 2. For next submittal, show the 7’-6” easement along the North and East property lines as provided in the Final Plat. 3. Wall to remain 6’ or under, else 75% must be unobstructed above the 6’ height.
