Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) The array calculations are not consistent with the proposed complete PV system. Provide lag-bolt connection embedment calculations demonstrating that the attachment and connection design for each array can adequately support the applicable wind loads. Alternatively, provide an engineer-prepared and sealed structural design/calculation package demonstrating compliance with the applicable design requirements. R301.1, R329.4.
2) A Surge Protection Device (SPD) or SPD model number must be identified on the plans for all service panel replacements supplying 100% of the dwelling. This requirement can be satisfied by providing the manufacturer’s specifications or model number for the SPD to verify that it is UL listed and code compliant E606.5 NEC 230.67
