Site Engineering comments are as follows:

1. Per the City of Tucson Inclusive Home Ordinance 10463: all new dwellings have a requirement to provide an “accessible route from public and common areas, including, but not limited to, a driveway or public street or sidewalk”. Draw, dimension, and label an accessible route from the driveway, sidewalk, or street to an accessible entrance. Ensure the route meets accessibility standards as articulated in Sections 402-404 of the ANSI A117 Accessibility Standards. See also TSM 7-01.4.3 for specifications, including the minimum 4ft-width, slope, and permissible composition materials.
2. The IHD Ordinance note appears on sheet G1.1; however, the required path from the entrance of the Sleeping Quarters to the driveway, sidewalk, or street is not shown on the Site Plan. Be sure to draw, dimension, and label the route.
3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on the content of files submitted for subsequent review cycles.

*Please submit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter stating how each resubmittal comment has been addressed*
