A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9 & .12. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) Residential Zoning is unable to approve the permit until the DDO has been approved (TP-MOD-0926-000098). The DDO process takes approximately 6 weeks from the time the application has been accepted for processing. It appears that the DDO requires fees to be paid before moving forward. For the next review cycle, please resubmit the following: a. DDO Letter of Approval b. Site plan with revisions, if any c. Response letter addressing all staff comments. One sheet with all responses is sufficient.
