TC-RES-0726-03912 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 5982 E 28TH ST Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 International Residential Code and 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov COMMENTS: 1. Please show the actual size of the covered rear porch. 2. Show the dimension between the water’s edge and the residence, not the porch. 3. Show where the overhead powerline comes into the yard from the alley on bot the site plan and the construction document. 4. Show all gates and gate swings on the site plan and construction document. 5. Show the equipment location on the site plan and construction plan. 6. Show the electrical run from the main panel to the sub panel to the equipment and call out its length on the construction plan and the site plan. 7. The construction details from AMTEC need to reference the 2024 I Codes, not the 2018. There may be more comments upon resubmittal. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments. |
