TC-RES-0726-03758 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 12814 E TORTOISE POINTE DR Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 International Residential Code and 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov COMMENTS: 1. Remove the engineering sheet with the City of Phoenix Standard Seal on it please. 2. Missing E-4 from the call out list on the site plan. Show the electrical run to the future kitchen. There may be more comments upon resubmittal. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments |
