Middle Housing is a permitted use in this zone with the following use specific standards: 4.9.7.B.6, .8-.9, .11-.14. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. For clarity please indicate if you are demolishing and replacing an existing structure or improving an existing structure. You appeared to have circled a structure on the satellite photo you provided. 2. (Comment) The site plan provided is not sufficient. Please submit a site plan that meets the requirements found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/plan-samples/basic-site-plan_feb2026.pdf These requirements include but are not limited to: a. Show all property lines and their dimensions, which are 77.5’ on the north, 126.25’ on the east, 102.5 ‘on the south, 112.5 on the west and 35.33’ on the northwest corner. b. Add the name of the property owner c. Add the zoning classification, which is R-2 d. Show all existing and proposed structures e. Indicate setback distances between all structures and applicable property lines f. Show dimensions and heights of all structures g. Show square footage of the parcel h. Total square footage of all enclosed structures i. Total square footage of all vehicular use areas j. Add a lot coverage calculation, which is the percentage of the site occupied by enclosed buildings and vehicular-use areas 3.
