This requirement can be satisfied by providing the manufacturer’s specifications for the SPD to verify that it is UL listed and code compliant E606.5 NEC 230.67 2) Revise the permit application to identify all affected dwelling units. Separate electrical clearances cannot be granted unless each applicable address is accurately reflected on the permit and supporting documents. Because the service panel serving 1048 E 7th St Unit #2. is not being replaced, SPD requirement is not applicable to that dwelling. However, the permit must be revised to include 1048 E 7th St Unit #2., as the existing 400-amp dual-meter service equipment contains the meter serving that dwelling. The permit scope and site plan shall accurately identify all addresses and service equipment affected by the proposed work. See condition for more info on next steps |
