Sealed plans should be available from the manufacturer for performance design assemblies. An Arizona engineer should clarify the foundation fastening and wind loading requirements. |

This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. Residential Engineering Review Comments: 1. A floodplain use (FPU) permit (TE-FPU-0726-00299 has been created for this residential permit. The lot exists entirely within a COT regulated Flood Hazard Zone associated with Treat Ave Wash, and a floodplain use (FPU) permit is needed for all building permits. 2. Site engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-RES-0726-03677 until the associated FPU permit (TE-FPU-0726-00299) is approved. 3. A site plan will need to be submitted with this permit.
