A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Create a BASIC site plan meeting the requirements outlined in the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples Select ‘Basic’. The proposal involves a structure. The current plan lacks sufficient detail for a Residential Zoning review. Furthermore, not all structures may not be depicted on the plan. Pima County Aerial Pictometry from 2024 shows unpermitted storage containers south of the single-family dwelling. If these have been removed, please add a note to the revised site plan. 2. Upon resubmittal of the site plan, please provide a response letter addressing all review comments. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
