A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please create a BASIC site plan meeting the requirements outlined in the following link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples Select ‘Basic’. Fill in the missing information. 2. The proposal involves a gate, but this is not specifically called out under the Scope of Work on the site plan. Other projects referenced on the site plan need to be called out in a note instead of in the scope. For example, there are concurrent permits in review for TC-RES-0526-02477 and TC-RES-0526-02478. 3. Mark the location of the gate on the site plan. 4. Include the height of the gate. Please see the review comment from 07/09/2026 referencing the requirement to provide a gate height. 5. The referenced setbacks for the front and rear requirements under UDC 6.3-A are 5’ to the rear and 20’ in the front yard setback. 6. Please include the street name. 7. Upon resubmittal of the site plan, please provide a response letter addressing all review comments. 8. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
