Provide 2-3 sentences on each item. If the item does not apply, note as such. (3) Please access TDC and apply for the Historic sub-record which I have opened under the TC permit number [TC-RES-0725-03490], and this is where the above materials are submitted. Once submitted the system will generate an SD #. Staff will invoiced review fee. Once fee is paid, a full review will be scheduled. (4) Please submit the plans and associated documents in an “HPZ Design Package” as a single compressed pdf file. Multiple files will be rejected and deemed incomplete for review. This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10 1. Provide property dimensions on the plan. 2. Based on Construction Plan I-389 sheet 7 found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-389, the 16’-3” dimension show from the curb along 3rd Ave to the west property line is not correct. Provide a dimension from centerline of 3rd Ave to the face of curb and a correct dimension from face of curb to the west property line. 3. Provide building elevations so that building height can be verified. COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8). 1. Exterior work requires Historic review. Historic review (UDC 5.8.8) is required and must be approved prior to approval of this building plan.
