TC-RES- 0725-03449 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 2360 W OWL PERCH LP Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. A separate permit will be required for the 12’x24’ shade structure over the outdoor kitchen 2. Show the BTU’s required for the grill island on the plot plan. 3. Show the BTUs required for the firepit on the plot plan. 4. Call out the length & size of the gasline for the pool heater on the plot plan. 5. On the construction docs, show the drain pipe for the outdoor shower. It must daylight at a minimum of 5’ from the foundation. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
