TC-RES- 0725-03348 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 12891 E TORTISE POINTE RD Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Redo the dimension lines between the pool and all structures on the site plan - specifically the 5’-11”, 8’-6”, 11’-11”, and the 42’-3”. Diagonal dimensions are not accepted. 2. Remove all of the dimensions in the pool from the site plan – they are unnecessary. 3. Call out the length, width, type and size of the gasline on the plot plan. 4. Call out the length of the electrical run from the mail panel to the pool equipment. 5. Show how much of the wall is being removed and replaced. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
