TC-RES- 0725-03325 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 5436 S CREOSOTE RIDGE WAY Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Show dimensions between the spa and the existing barrier wall facing S Creosote Ridge Way 2. Please upload the cutsheet for the Automatic pool cover. 3. Please upload Ammtec Engineering construction details for the automatic pool cover. 4. Show where the electrical panel for the automatic pool cover will be located on the site plan 5. Show where the shotcrete well drainage for the automatic pool cover will be – currently there doesn’t seem to be enough room to house that. 6. Is the gasline only galvanized or is it a mix of galvanized for the roof and poly for the underground portions of the run? If yes – indicate both types, sizes, and lengths on the plan and where they are located. 7. If the wall/barrier is to be done by the owner, please advise them that Planning and Development Services will need a separate permit for the wall. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
