This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. It does not appear that this comment was addressed correctly, no DDO Application was submitted. In order to submit the DDO application, log in to https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov. Locate your existing permit by selecting “My Work”. Select the “Sub-Records” tab and then select “Zoning Modification”. Upload your files. Additionally, instructions on how to submit under a sub-record can be found here at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/sub-records_071425.pdf". Per UDC Article 6.4.5.C.1.a, the minimum street perimeter yard setback is 20’-0”, proposed street setback is 10’. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback.
