TC-RES-0724-04338 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 394 N WHITE MARBLE AV/133-57-1330 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. To facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. The below comments were not properly addressed. Please address them prior to your next submittal. A PLOT PLAN SHOWING THE FULL SITE IS A REQUIREMENT NOT A SUGGESTION. There may be more comments upon resubmittal. COMMENTS: 1. In an email sent on 08.05.2024, I requested a site plan be emailed to me so that I could finalize this review. The email was sent to rojosconstructionllc@gmail.com . I never received a response. 2. Construction plans are not plot/site plans. Please use something similar to this one: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter.
