Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. To facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions.
The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.
COMMENTS:
1. In an email sent on 08.05.2024, I requested a site plan be emailed to me so that I could finalize this review. The email was sent to rojosconstructionllc@gmail.com . I never received a response.
2. Construction plans are not plot/site plans. Please use something similar to this one: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf.
3. Show all of the following on your plot plan:
a. Show all gates in relation to the pool and their swing direction.
b. Show Access on the plot plan.
c. Include height, material and type of barrier, ie fence, wall, etc on plot plan.

POOL EQUIPPED WITH POWERED SAFETY COVERCOMPLYING WITH ASTM F 1346; OR2. 4. Include barrier code information on plot plan.
5. Include your Electrical and plumbing notes on your plot plan
a. Show home run from mail panel to pool equipment and label length
b. Show gas line run from gas meter to pool equipment – include dimensions and material, e.g. 1.5”x40’ poly gas line

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter.
