1. Lot coverage includes all vehicular use areas, measured within the outside edges of any area allocated to vehicle use, whether improved or unimproved (UDC 6.4.3.B.3.b). Ensure all existing driveways are included in the lot coverage calculation. Lot coverage shall not exceed 70% in the R-2 zone (UDC Table 6.3-2.A).

2. Label the location of the existing 81 sq. ft. shed structure on the site plan.
