Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. There are multiple permits that appear to cover the same scope of work. Permit TC-RES-0923-07914 needs to be consolidated into this permit or provide a clear explanation on why multiple permits are required. 2. The generator exhaust must be 10 feet from any air intake openings of any dwelling and 6 feet from the property line, R303.5.1. Show a generator location in compliance with these setback requirements. 3. Permit TC-RES-0723-06660 needs to be completed as well.
