This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Aerial views of the property show the overhead service conductors will be passing over the roof detached structure. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to be maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance. Check with TEP customer service for service line options. https://www.tep.com/electric-service-requirements 2. Provide the current service rating and the proposed new service rating, E3602.1. 3. Update the site plan to show the proposed Over Head Electrical line or note if the service will be underground. 4.
