This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9.

1. The aerial photo provided does not show the property lines and based on MapTucson you are proposing to put the fence on adjacent drainage right-of-way. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, that clearly shows the correct property lines and the proposed location of the fence.

2. A Zoning final inspection has been added to this permit to ensure that the fence located on you property. A survey may be required.
