The submitted site plan indicates that the roof-mounted PV systems are proposed on two existing casitas. The casita at the northeast corner of the site was approved under T22CM01140 as a detached two-car garage. Clarify the use of this accessory structure. A revision to T22CM01140 will be required if this accessory structure was converted or is proposed to be converted into habitable space. 2. T22CM01140 is in expired status and will need to be renewed and completed prior to zoning approval of TC-RES-0724-03962. All inspections associated with the building permit will need to be passed prior to permit completion.
