Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 3.3.3.G.2.b, a site plan (development package) is required for new residential development with three or more dwelling units on one lot. A development package in accordance with Administrative Manual Section 2-06.0.0 is required to be submitted, reviewed, and approved by all reviewers prior to Zoning approval of TC-RES-0723-06855.
