Provide a plan set of all sheets including S-1 and S-2. Provide the sealed engineering report and any other supporting documents for a complete permit submittal.

Revise the site plan showing height of retainer, height of wall on top and length of each segment of structure. Keynote #1 states a 5 foot wall on top but the plan shows shows a 6 foot height at these locations. Also, show the length of keynote #3.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Provided plans have conflicting heights on them. Keynote #1 calls out a 3’ high retaining wall with 5’ high patio wall however the provided plans are showing a 6’ high wall for keynote #1.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to comments and plans submitted.
