Ensure that the neighbor wavier accurately describes what is being proposed on the site plan. 1.COMMENT: A portion of the existing storage shed appears to be placed on the neighbor’s property, ensure that this structure is placed on your property. Also provide the height and square footage and setback dimension, if this structure is not meeting setbacks a neighbor’s setback waiver is required to reduce the perimeter yard setback. To secure this waiver the following text shall be provided on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the owner of the property: My Name is____________________ and I am the owner of the property located at_______________________.
