All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations to the building with 2018 IRC code compliance with component sizes. The plans require sufficient detail for demonstrating an awareness of minimum building code compliance for passing all progress inspections. SITE PLAN: 1. Provide a site plan showing the location of all buildings and utilities, R106.1.1. Show the electrical utility line between property line and building along with required service alterations. 2. Show the square footage of altered structures (exterior surfaces). Include the Patio Cover and Carport Cover. SECTIONS - DETAILS: 1. An unvented roof assembly requires air-impermeable rigid insulation material with a minimum R-5 value applied correctly to either side of the roof sheathing as part of the total R-38 insulation requirement, R806.5. A single layer of batt insulation does not provide the required condensation control. Update the R-38 batt insulation keynote #15 sheet A2.1 showing compliance. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Update the Riser Diagram showing panel B as a sub panel and appropriate feeder size between panel A and panel B, NEC 225.30, E3403, Table E3704.2(1).
