COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT:Clarify the use of the future project,
If this future project is for an RV pad, RV pads are not an allowed use in the R-2 Zone. At a minimum a Board of Adjustment for Variance would be needed to allow the use. Most likely a rezoning would be required. After discussions with staff the variance or rezoning would not be supported by staff. In the R-2 zone a personal RV may only be stored on site. The RV may not be hooked up to utilities and may not be occupied.
