This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Show a Riser Diagram providing a service disconnect for each dwelling without service disruption of the other dwelling, NEC 225.30 and E3403. Each dwelling is usually separately metered. Show the meter base and the connection to the sub-panels. Provide clarification if the service is a replacement or a new multi meter panel with new feeders to each dwelling. 2. Provide a minimum service conductor rating of 100 AMP for each dwelling and conductors with minimum rating of #4 copper 75 degree C, E3602.1 & E3603.1. 3. Show the location of the existing panel on the site plan and show the location of the sub-panel with new feeder conductors, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8.
