1. The minimum setback in the R-1 zone for the side and rear yards is 6’ or 2/3 * Height of the structure (whichever is greater). Zoning could not find documentation for the storage additions (7’x11’) and (8’x12’) shown on the plans.
A Neighbor waiver will be required from the property owners located to the north and west of the subject parcel for the structures to be approved at the location shown on the plans. Provide this signed statement on the site plan on the next submittal.
