A single-family residence w/ sleeping quarters is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The residential plot plan shall include but not limited to: a. Shall be drawing at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’, 1” =20’. b. Shall provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements. c. Shall show all utility lines for water, sewer, electric and gas. d. Shall show property dimensions. e. Shall indicate the zoning of the property and all adjacent properties. f. Provide the legal description “OLIVE GROVE LOT 564” on the plot plan.
