Provide a cut sheet on the door that will be used. (2) Per the DL the door should be a 6-light, but it is a 9-light that is shown. Please revise. (3) Door on the south side of the main house should be a 6 light Craftsman style door per the DL, but is shown as a flush door and should be revised. (4) Page A02 has a note on the south side of the main house that the windows shall be vinyl frame. Vinyl was not approved. Remove this note and indicate the window material on the plans. (5) Note the color and type of roof shingles. (6) Note the texture of the exterior stucco on the main house. (7) The DL did not approve applying stucco to the rear detached structure. Staff understands that a portion or all of the rear structure has been stuccoed. Provide clarification on how the brick will be treated or has been treated. (8) Doors on the rear structure were also approved as 6 light Craftsman. The elevations show 9 light and should be revised. (9) Note the material of the exterior doors. (10) The rear porches have a particular design shown in the inventory form and the photos provided during in the Historic review. The elevations show a single post. The original design should be maintained and correctly reflected on the plans. (11) Note the type, shape and color of the clay tile for the porch roofs. |
