Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The following comment is still applicable.

1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 6.6.3.E, the total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure. The gfa of the principal structure is 1,066 square feet. As such, the maximum gfa allowed for all accessory structures is 533 square feet. A Board of Adjustment variance is required to be granted to allow the proposal to exceed the requirements of UDC 6.6.3.E.
