The following comment is still applicable. 1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 6.6.3.E, the total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure. The gfa of the principal structure is 1,066 square feet. As such, the maximum gfa allowed for all accessory structures is 533 square feet. A Board of Adjustment variance is required to be granted to allow the proposal to exceed the requirements of UDC 6.6.3.E.
