Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Only one unit can be included in the permit. Each Unit requires a separate permit application and documents. 2. File for a second permit for Unit 2 and include the same Plans as already provided in TC-RES-0723-06403. 3. Next you will need to file for a change of address request to TC-RES-0723-06403 to remove Unit 2 from the permit. See PDF below.
