The City of Tucson is currently on the 2024 IRC code cycle. Please remove all references to outdated code cycles. 2. Please provide a revised plan set that is higher quality/detail. The one provided gets blurry and unreadable when zoomed in close. R106.1.1 3. Please provide an accurate site plan showing the actual lot lines and neighboring parcels, as well as an accurate depiction of where the proposed patio cover is to be located. The plan provided appears to have been modified to have altered lot lines, the orientation of the houses has been changed, and one of the neighboring houses was removed entirely. It also shows the patio cover as independent of the dwelling while the construction details seem to show it as attached. Please include all setbacks of the proposed structure from the property lines as well as the existing dwelling. R106.1.1 4. Provide center to center dimensions of the support posts. 5. Please correct and resubmit. |
