Please resubmit addressing the following comments: 1) The previous review comments have not been addressed. A response letter shall be provided with the resubmittal identifying each review comment and describing how it has been addressed. Failure to address the review comments may result in additional review cycles. 2) Provide a residential electrical load calculation that includes the proposed 50-amp spa branch circuit. Either the Standard Method or the Optional Method is acceptable. As of January 1, 2026, the City of Tucson has adopted the 2024 International Codes and the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC). Provide the load calculation to demonstrate compliance with the currently adopted code requirements. 3) The construction documents indicate that the proposed work includes improvements beyond the installation of the electrical branch circuit. This permit is limited to the electrical scope of the spa only. If the project includes the installation of the spa, associated equipment, structural work, or any other work beyond the electrical/plumbing installation, the project shall be submitted under a Residential Pool/Spa Permit. If that is the intended scope, please withdraw this permit application and submit a new application using the appropriate permit type. |
