08/20/2026 Residential Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. There is a Mapped estimated flood hazard area and wash (Jasmine wash) running through the parcel. A hydrology study will need to be submitted that delineates the boundaries of the 100-year floodplain. If the proposed wall encroaches into that floodplain boundary a floodplain use permit will also be required.
2. From the aerials on Map Tucson it appears that a corrugated metal fence has been recently constructed where the proposed chain-link fence is proposed. Clarify in the plans if the existing fence has already been removed or is going to be removed before installation of the chain-link fence as the two fences will result in different floodplain regulations for compliance.
