Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. For resubmission, provide a fully dimensioned site plan so that proper review can be conducted. Ensure that the site plan is dimensioned with proper property boundaries, applicable setbacks of structures and all existing items that exist on the property, and ensure to demonstrate where the wall/fence is being proposed/built.
2. Ensure to delineate and call-out the 7.5 foot utility easement that suns along the Northern property boundary. Ensure that this easement remains clear of obstruction.
