Please submit a minor Historic Review application for demolition of the carport and other areas. Per UDC 3.12.1.A., these regulations apply when an application for a demolition permit involves the complete or partial demolition of a building that is partially or in its entirety 50 or more years old. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
