Please resubmit addressing the following comments:

1) The 3/4" pipe is undersized for the given length and appliance demand. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the farthest attached appliance and max total Branch demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe), Table G2413.4(7) (Polyethylene Plastic Pipe), or Manufacturer’s sizing requirements.

Please revise the pipe size or verify demand of appliances matches with those listed on the gas template.

Note: Approximate distances of appliances is relevant to determine if the sizing of the fuel gas line from the meter is compliant. Provide this upon resubmittal
For future reference, this project or projects with a similar scope of work may be eligible for review under a Residential Trade Permit.
