A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please provide the correct measurement for the east lot line. According to the Pima County Assessor’s Office Map, https://www.asr.pima.gov/ParcelData/Map/Arm/MP11/11029.pdf the eastern property line should measure 78.73’, instead of the 120’ shown on the proposed site plan. 2. Add the utilities to the site plan. 3. Staff find no permits for the shed located south of the residence and do not know if utilities run to the shed. If the shed is to be included in this proposal, please state so in the Scope of Work on Sheet T1.0. and it can be permitted under this permit (TC-RES-0626-03119). 4. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
