A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The property lies within the West University Historic District. Historic review (HDC5.8.8.) is required and must be approved prior to approval of this proposal. Historic application requirements can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Historic-Preservation . For further information, please contact PDSDHistoric@tucsonaz.gov . Without Historic Preservation approval, zoning will not be able to approve TC-RES-0626-03108. Please upload the decision letter and the Response Letter with the next submittal materials for the permit. 2. A site plan is required for zoning review.
