Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) Provide revised wind load calculations for the photovoltaic installation. Upon review, the submitted calculations indicate that the West Array (10 modules) does not demonstrate sufficient attachment pull-out capacity for the provided points of attachment (POAs).

Based on the submitted design parameters, a minimum of sixteen (16) POAs would be required to satisfy the calculated uplift demands. Revise the array layout and attachment schedule or provide updated engineering documentation demonstrating compliance with the applicable wind load requirements of 2024 IRC Section R329 and the manufacturer's listed installation criteria.
