06/22/2026 Light Residential Building Review (OIP) Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT The following comments from the last review were not addressed. Please include the requested information and resubmit:

2) Provide a one-line diagram with all equipment to be installed (including CTs or electrical monitoring equipment) as a part of the EV charging system and the added loads. Show the number of conductors required for this installation and the conduit size to determine conduit fill does not exceed 40%. Include EGC and grounded conductors.

3) Provide Manufacturer Specifications of the EV charger to be used. Include any certifications to ensure that the EVSE is UL listed E404.14.1

5) EV charger must be GFCI-capable, alternatively provide a means of GFCI protection (including GFCI Overcurrent Protection Devices (OCPD)) 625.54

6) Provide manufacturer specifications and wiring diagram for the proposed EVSE to verify whether a grounded conductor (neutral) is required for the installation. Installation shall comply with NEC 110.3(B), 220.61, and 625.42.

7) Indicate the rating of the overcurrent protective device (OCPD) to be installed and include the equipment grounding conductor (EGC) size on the plans. Provide conductor sizing and overcurrent protection details sufficient to verify compliance with NEC 210.19, 240.4, and 250.122.
