A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. UDC 7.6.8 contains the landscaping code as discussed in the Residential Zoning review from 6/08/2026. Here is a link to the instructions for creating a landscape plan on the site plan: https://middle-housing-cotgis.hub.arcgis.com/pages/Residential-Landscaping-Code Specifically, please describe: a) Tree, groundcover and shrub species that will be used, b) Describe the container size of the plantings and tree diameter(s) c) List the required ground cover requirements and explain if more square footage will be provided in the front yard. Diagrams are provided in the above link. 2. Provide a response letter addressing all staff comments for the next submittal round. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
