Please provide an electrical panel schedule and label the circuits for each outlet/receptacle on the electrical plan. (R106.1.1). 2. The room addition appears to intended for use as a bedroom. Please show locations of smoke detectors (every sleeping room and hallways leading to). All smoke detectors must be interconnected with a power source from the building wiring, and shall be equipped with battery backup. When ceiling finish materials are not removed, existing bedrooms may be equipped with battery operated smoke detectors (R310.3 – 310.4). 3. Please clarify if existing posts are to remain. 4. Provide details showing existing and proposed attic/ceiling insulation conditions (R106.1.1). 5. Show compliance with adopted code IRC 325.9 required cooling of a habitable space. 6. Please correct and resubmit. |
