Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1. The submitted single-line diagram indicates a dedicated breaker position within the service equipment while also showing the photovoltaic system interconnecting on the supply side at the service meter. Clarify the proposed method of interconnection and revise the plans to provide a consistent installation detail.

Additionally, indicate the size and type of conductors installed downstream of the overcurrent protective device (OCPD) where not otherwise specified by the equipment manufacturer. Provide manufacturer specification sheets and installation details for all equipment associated with the interconnection, including but not limited to taps, splices, insulated multi-tap connectors (Polaris-type connectors), lugs, or other listed connection methods.

2. The submitted plans identify the service equipment as a Siemens panel; however, previously approved permit records (T15CM07691) indicate an existing 225-amp Cutler-Hammer service panel. Verify the service equipment currently installed on-site and revise the plans accordingly.

If the existing service equipment was replaced with a Siemens service panel, identify the panel as "new" service equipment on the plans and demonstrate compliance with the surge protective device (SPD) requirements of 2023 NEC 230.67 and 2024 IRC E3606.5.

Provide manufacturer specification sheets for the proposed Siemens service equipment, including documentation demonstrating that the equipment is listed and configured for the proposed supply-side photovoltaic interconnection.
