3) Provide ampacity calculations in accordance with 310.15(B) (apply 125% for continuous loads per 210.19(A)(1)), include ambient temperature and adjustment factors for conductor count, and show final conductor, OCPD, and voltage-drop compliance.
4) Conduit (1-1/4") supplying the 200A load is undersized. Verify compliance with NEC 2017 Chapter 9, Table 1, and Tables 4–8, ensuring conductor cross-sectional area does not exceed the allowable fill percentage based on the number of conductors in the raceway.
5) Please provide spec sheets for all installed equipment upon resubmission, including Solar panels, optimizers, roof racking equipment, Disconnects, Meters, inverter, battery, and ATS.
6) Please clarify the Wattage of the solar panels installed, 440W were proposed in a previous submission and this page names 460W. Include spec sheets for the modules to confirm.
7) Please clarify whether the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) will operate automatically or manually to transfer solar power, in accordance with NEC 2017 Article 702.6. Ensure the device is listed and rated for the intended standby or optional power function.

This site is located within the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. Sheet TI shows an existing carport which appears to have been constructed in or around 2015. Please provide the dimension of the carport to the east property line.

2. Zoning does not see where this carport was permitted. The side perimeter setback requirements for the R-1 zone is 6’ or 2/3 the height of an exterior wall, whichever is greater. Please either produce evidence that the carport was permitted or obtain permission from the neighbor (Neighbor Waiver) to the east. Here is an example of a Neighbor Waiver:
