Include spec sheets for the modules to confirm. 7) Please clarify whether the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) will operate automatically or manually to transfer solar power, in accordance with NEC 2017 Article 702.6. (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: 11/03/2025 This site is located within the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Sheet TI shows an existing carport which appears to have been constructed in or around 2015. Please provide the dimension of the carport to the east property line. 2. Zoning does not see where this carport was permitted. The side perimeter setback requirements for the R-1 zone is 6’ or 2/3 the height of an exterior wall, whichever is greater. Please either produce evidence that the carport was permitted or obtain permission from the neighbor (Neighbor Waiver) to the east.
